Rules to live by

  • Do not listen to the voice that makes excuses
  • Pick a workout plan and stick to it!
  • Stick to a meal plan 90% of the time
  • Control the content you consume
  • 30 minute walk outside everyday

Stay motivated on your fitness journey. Remember that each small effort adds up to significant results over time. Keep going, and you'll achieve your goals!

Justification for Rules

  • When the voice in your head starts to say "I'm tired" "I worked hard today" that is when you need to get up and do what you were going to do. This helps you train the voice that is telling you not to do something into going out to meet the goals
  • A walk outside will help you reflect on your day, give you time to yourself, and be more in touch with the beautiful world we live in.
  • Justification for Rules

  • The 90-10 rule is a good way to not get burnt out on your everyday rice and chicken. It gives you a chance to eat what you want in moderation.
  • When we scroll on our phones to much we don't have control over what information we are consuming. Try only following positive accounts and things you are interested in.
  • Picking just one workout plan at a time give your body a chance to change and be familiar with a routine.
